I have been making things for as long as I can remember. I learned to crochet as a child but became very proficient only after I had children of my own and wanted to make all the pretty things! Now my children are grown but I still love the process of creating something beautiful with my own hands.
So often, I love to create things for the sake of making them. A project or pattern catches my eye and I want to make it. More often then not though, I have no NEED for the item created. For example, baby things. They are SO cute! Blankets, shoes, sweaters, etc. Cute and fun to make... but all my babies are grown.
My Etsy shop has become my outlet for my creations that I love to make but have no practical use in my home. I also list items that I have made specifically for competitions.
